The Moscow Marathon will feature a 10 km race on September 20, and a 42.2 km marathon on September 21.

On September 20, the 10 km race will feature an updated linear route with start and finish in different places. The start will be from the University Square of Lomonosov Moscow State University, with an inspiring panorama of Moscow, the route will run along Berezhkovskaya, Smolenskaya, Rostovskaya, Savvinskaya and Novodevichy embankments of the city, and the finish will be on the territory of the Luzhniki Olympic Complex.

On September 21, the marathon route runs through the center of the capital: along the embankments of the Moscow River, along the Garden and Boulevard Rings, across the Crimean Bridge, along Tverskaya Street and Teatralny Proezd, under the walls of the Kremlin.

Race participants will see the world-famous sights of the city, including Stalin's skyscrapers, the Bolshoi Theater, the FSB building, the Polytechnic Museum, the Kremlin and the Cathedral of Christ the Savior.

Support your loved ones, loved ones or complete strangers in the finish town and along the course - all the conditions have been created for this.

Come to the Moscow Marathon Sports Exhibition from September 18 to 20 to stock up on fan paraphernalia or draw a poster with an artist, and also support the 10 km participants at the finish line on Saturday, and young runners at the Children's Race.

The Moscow Marathon is a member of the Association of International Marathons and Distance Races (AIMS). The 42.2 km and 10 km routes have been certified by the authoritative international organization since 2013. In 2025, both distances of the Moscow Marathon will be measured by AIMS measurer Sergey Korneev (category B).
