The Luzhniki Half Marathon route is laid out in one circle along the embankments of the capital: Luzhnetskaya, Frunzenskaya, Prechistenskaya, Kremlevskaya, Moskvoretskaya, Kotelnicheskaya and others. Participants will have views of the building of the Presidium of the Russian Academy of Sciences, the building of the National Defense Control Center of the Russian Federation, the high-rise on Kotelnicheskaya Embankment, St. Basil's Cathedral, the Cathedral of Christ the Savior and the Kremlin.

Friday, August 22
16:00 - 21:00 - Registration of new participants (subject to availability) and distribution of starter packs to registered participants of the 21.1 km race, relay race and Children's Race.
Saturday, August 23
11:00 - 18:00 - Registration of new participants (subject to availability) and distribution of starter packs to registered participants of the 21.1 km race and relay race. Distribution of numbers to participants of the Children's Race will end at 12:30.
13:00 - Opening of changing rooms and children's entertainment for participants of the Children's Race.
14:00 - 16:30 - Children's Race.
Sunday, August 24
7:00 - Opening of the starting town, opening of changing rooms and storage lockers.
8:30 - Start of the 21.1 km race and relay.
10:30 - Awarding of winners and runners-up.
11:50 - Closing of the finish line.
It is the spectators who turn a sporting event into a common holiday. Come support your friends and family and don't be shy about cheering on unfamiliar runners.
The start and finish town of the Luzhniki Half Marathon will be open to spectators. You will be able to see the runners to the entrance to the starting corridor and watch the start and finish, and support them along the course.
Please be understanding of the security measures: on the day of the race, the police will search personal belongings at the entrance, and movement around the territory will be limited.
