European Gymnastics Centre conducts training for children from 1 year old and adults. Admission to children's sport classes at Luzhniki takes place all year round. The main training format is recreational gymnastics. Also, group, personal, and family trainings are available.
The centre is equipped with trampolines, a trampoline and an inflatable tumbling track, a double mini trampoline, a foam pit, and all necessary gymnastic equipment.
For adolescents in the 11-18-year-old group, there are modern areas of training: parkour, acrobatics, strength gymnastics, trampoline jumping, stretching.
For adults, a special training program has been developed, aimed at improving health, eliminating problems with back and musculoskeletal system, recovering from pregnancy, and general improvement of physical fitness.
Centre also hosts competitions for children and adults of various levels of training, including international level. The European Gymnastics Centre is part of the Moscow Artistic Gymnastics Federation and the Moscow Trampoline Federation.
